See Hamburg. Harburg is part of the City of Hamburg. The Jewish cemetery is in Harburg, but it is difficult to get into it. Either the key is with the Juedische Gemeinde in Hamburg, Schaeferkampsallee, or you have to contact the Juedische Gemeinde in Hannover. Anyway, my husband and I had to climb over the fence.
