Velbert: Stadt Velbert, Kulturamt [1988], 66 pp. [describes all extant gravestones in Velbert- Mitte, Velbert-Langenberg and Velbert- Neviges, with photos, some rather dark, and inscriptions (German translation if in Hebrew), maps and cemetery diagrams showing location of graves (DS135.G4 V458 1988).

Velbert-Mitte. Near Nordpark; 1402 sqm; 31 gravestones,1818-1890, are preserved in Wuppertal. Used ca. 1818-1938. Cemetery was sold in 1940 and the gravestones (apparently not all of them) were moved to the cemetery in Wuppertal-Elberfeld, Weisenburgstrase. In 1950, the area was fenced and a memorial was erected. See Wuppertal.
