Coat of arms of Würselen50°49′N 6°08′E, 332.4 miles WSW of Berlin.  Würselen is a town in the district of Aachen in North Rhine-Westphalia. In the Roman Empire, Roman soldiers were based at Würselen, but the town was first mentioned as Wormsalt in 870. Since 1616 the town was known as Würselen. In 1972 the neighboring municipalities Bardenberg and Broichweiden were incorporated into the town.
