CEMETERY:

"Ten Jewish graves have been moved to a new cemetery in Lenkaran. ... Some of the graves dated from 1895. By the beginning of the 20th century there were 15 Jewish families in Lenkaran and a synagogue; today there are 9 Jews still living in Lenkaran. Part of the city cemetery was Jewish. The city's cemetery was moved to a new place in 1960 but some untended Jewish graves remained in the old site." Source: {January 2004]
