Le-Havre is a city and France's second busiest port, located on the English Channel at mouth of Seine River with a population of 195,000.The Seine River separates Le Havre from Honfleur. Le Havre, which means 'The Haven', was founded as new port city in 16th century. Le Havre, heavily bombed during the Second World War, losing many historic buildings. [January 2008]
