(German: Niedersept). Very old community, dating to the 15th century probably. In 1869, it replaced a new synagogue for an older building. The community disappeared in the course of the WWI. In 1854, Seppois was seat of a rabbinate. Purportedly, a cemetery exists. [January 2008]
