The Jewish cemetery located next to the Plateau des Antiques dates back to the Middle Ages and has tombstones from before 1400. Open once a year, during the Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days), usually the first or second weekend in September, when there are guided visits. This is the birthplace of Nostradamus whose father is buried in the Jewish cemetery. [January 2008]
